Marketing Executives

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative departments, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.

Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and other relevant platforms.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content accuracy, user-friendliness, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.

Develop engaging and persuasive marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, and other promotional materials.

Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase company offerings and engage with target audiences.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to propose innovative ideas and strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage their expertise and support marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi (preferred)
