**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Outreach**: Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, calls, and digital platforms.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Sales Execution**: Explain product/service features to customers and close sales effectively.
- **Campaigns & Promotions**: Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of sales leads, customer feedback, and market trends.
- **Market Research**: Collect and analyze information on competitors, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales strategies
- Confident, enthusiastic, and self-driven personality
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within the region for client visits
- Knowledge of local market (Kottayam) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,466.75 - ₹32,001.88 per month
