**Job Summary**:
Accents by AM De Decor, a leading provider of interior design, decoration, and kitchen hardware products, is in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving sales in interior design, decoration, and kitchen hardware. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with interior designers and identifying market opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our range of furniture, home furnishings, and decor products to interior designers.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with interior designers, both existing and potential clients, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and engaging presentations to showcase our product range and form partnerships with interior design professionals.
- Identify and target opportunities within the market, including under-construction houses, and present our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, maintain product knowledge, and monitor competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Utilize various sales and marketing channels, including online and offline methods, to reach and engage potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, especially in the interior design or home decor industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proficient presentation skills, whether in person or virtually.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of the latest interior design and home decor trends.
- Willingness to travel and attend client and partner meetings.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,318.37 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
