**About Us**:
**Sugar N Spice **is a dynamic and expanding franchise in the **Restaurant sector**, known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Culinary Development Specialist (Chef de Partie) to join our team. This role involves collaborating with franchise culinary staff, finalizing menus, introducing new dishes, and contributing to promotional strategies.

**Position Overview**:
As a Culinary Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining culinary excellence across our franchise outlets. Your responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, introducing new menu items, and actively participating in staff training. Additionally, you will work closely with the owners to implement discounts and offers, contributing to the overall success of our franchise network.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Franchise Outlet Visits**:

- Conduct regular visits to franchise outlets to assess culinary operations, food quality, and adherence to standards.

**Menu Finalization**:

- Collaborate with franchise culinary staff and the owner to finalize and enhance menus.
- Introduce new dishes and ensure consistency in recipes across outlets.

**Staff Training**:

- Train culinary staff on new dishes, cooking techniques, and standard operating procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the culinary team.

**Promotional Strategies**:

- Work with the owner to develop and implement discount and promotional strategies.
- Suggest innovative offers to attract and retain customers.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure that food quality meets established standards.
- Implement quality control measures and address any deviations promptly.

**Collaboration with Owners**:

- Collaborate closely with the owners to align culinary strategies with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in menu development and staff training.
- Ability to analyze market trends and suggest effective promotions.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
