**Job Title: Operation Audit Executive**

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure franchise operations compliance through regular audits while driving B2B sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships between the factory and franchisees.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Franchise Operation Audit**:

- Conduct regular operational audits of franchise units to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and compliance with franchise agreements.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend corrective actions to franchisees.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate franchisee performance, inventory management, equipment condition, and staff compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit outcomes to ensure corrective measures are implemented timely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees and key stakeholders to enhance sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and operations to ensure successful order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise operations audit, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of franchise business models, auditing standards, and sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings regularly.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and audit or sales-related software tools.
- Result-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
