- **Delivery Operations Management**:
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Assign delivery tasks to drivers based on availability, location, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor delivery progress in real-time using logistics software and address any delays or disruptions.
- Manage delivery driver performance, including tracking key metrics like on-time delivery rates and customer feedback.
- **Customer Service**:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery status and address any delivery issues.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate delivery updates to customers in a timely manner through various channels.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead and motivate a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they are adequately trained on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to drivers to improve their efficiency.
- Manage driver schedules, including shift rotations and time off requests.
- **Cost Optimization**:
- Analyze delivery data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement operational improvements.
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance to minimize operational costs.
- Negotiate with third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery costs.
- **Technology Utilization**:
- Utilize route optimization software to plan efficient delivery routes.
- Monitor delivery tracking systems to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions about operations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
