**Position**: Operations Audit Executive

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outlet Visits**:

- Conduct regular and surprise audits of franchise outlets to evaluate hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and areas of improvement.
- **SOP Compliance**:

- Ensure franchise owners and staff strictly follow the brand's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide training and guidance on SOP compliance when necessary.
- **Product Usage**:

- Verify that only brand-approved products and branded items are being used at the franchise outlets.
- Identify and report unauthorized product usage or substitutions.
- **Hygiene Standards**:

- Inspect the overall cleanliness of the outlets, including the kitchen, dining area, storage, and staff hygiene.
- Recommend corrective actions to address hygiene lapses.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Ensure that the franchise maintains the brand's image and customer experience standards.
- Address customer feedback related to hygiene and operational standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up visits.
- Provide regular updates to the operations team and management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Bachelor's degree
- **Experience**: 0-1 year in operations auditing, quality assurance, or franchise management, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- **Other**: Familiarity with hygiene standards and best practices is a must.
