**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into the accounting system (e.g., Tally, ERPNext, or Excel).
- Maintain organized records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements with company books regularly and report discrepancies, if any.
- Help prepare and verify GST and TDS data for filing purposes under supervision.
- Generate sales invoices, verify purchase bills, and follow up for timely payments and required documentation.
- Support internal or statutory audits by providing relevant records and information.
- Accurately enter data into ledgers or accounting software and assist in preparing basic financial reports (e.g., ledgers, summaries, balance confirmations).
- Assist in maintaining petty cash records and track expenses with proper vouchers (if applicable).
- Collaborate with departments like Sales, HR, and Purchase to gather or provide financial information.
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with internal policies and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
- Proactively learn and understand basic accounting principles, taxation regulations, and company systems.
- Provide timely updates and status reports to the assigned supervisor or accounts manager.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, ERPNext, or Excel is a plus.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
