**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Location**: [Thane ]

**Job Summary**: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions and records for the company. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and documentation.
- **Invoice Management**:

- Process and verify invoices for payment.
- Track and manage outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment.
- **Account Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- **Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly and quarterly statements.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and explanations.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative duties related to financial management, including **filing and data entry.**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management.
- Experience in Banking is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Tally ERP 9
