**Job Overview**:
The **Account Executive** will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoices, assisting in statutory compliances, and supporting the finance team in monthly closing and reporting activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Maintain and update daily accounting entries in **Tally / ERP system**.
- Handle **accounts payable and receivable**, vendor bills, and customer invoicing.
- Record journal entries and reconcile ledgers accurately.
- Manage **bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense records**.

**2. Taxation & Compliance Support**
- Prepare data for **GST, TDS, and Income Tax** returns and filings.
- Support the senior team during audits and statutory assessments.
- Ensure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

**3. Financial Reporting & Documentation**
- Assist in preparing **monthly, quarterly, and annual reports**.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Support management with financial data analysis and summaries as needed.

**4. Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks for payment-related queries.
- Liaise with internal departments for approvals and expense management.
- Assist senior accountants in preparing MIS and management reports.

**5. Audit & Finalization Support**
- Assist in **trial balance preparation** and **account reconciliation**.
- Support senior management during finalization of accounts and audit closure.
- Maintain transparency and accuracy in all accounting processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
