**Job Title**: Accounts Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and statements.
- Generate reports and MIS using **Advanced Excel**.
- Perform GST filings and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
- Handle **TDS calculations**, deductions, and returns.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Support in preparation of internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist senior accountants and CFO as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a **manufacturing industry** is mandatory.
- Proficient in **Tally ERP** and **Advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
- Good understanding of **GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances**.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling manufacturing-related accounts and compliances.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Compensation**:

- Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
