**Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Accounting**:

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

**Compliance & Audit**:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary financial documents and reports.
- Prepare tax filings, GST/TDS returns, and other statutory reports as required.

**Financial Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in cost analysis and profitability assessments.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit procedures.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
