**Job Description: Accounts Executive**

1. Bank Entries (Salaries, Vendor Payments etc.)

2. Purchase Entries.

3. Tax Calculations. (TDS, Prof tax, GST)

4. Handling Petty Cash.

5. Preparing Daily Reports. e.g. Cash Reports, Sales Reports.

6. Branch Reconciliation for Thane and Pune.

7. Other Day to day accounting work of the directors.

8. Assisting in Payroll.

9. Making Weekly Reports.

10. Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

11. Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.

12. Monthly GST Working.

13. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors

14. Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing

15. Handling petty Cash Records.

16. Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS

17. Handling to all Sales Tax & Income Tax work like C, H, and Forms Issue from the Sales Tax Department.

18. Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting

19. Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, employee Salary,

20. Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.

21. Tally Erp.

**QUALIFICATION**

1. 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Department.

2. Graduate degree in Commerce.

3. Working knowledge of Tally, and MS Office.

**LANGUAGE**:

- Excellent communication both oral and written in English, Hindi and Marathi

**GENDER**:

- Male / Female

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
