3. Screen Resumes
- Look for relevant experience, communication skills, and previous success in similar

roles.

5. Conduct Interviews
- Initial Screening: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess communication

skills.
- Behavioural Questions: Ask about past experiences, challenges faced, and how

they achieved targets.
- Role-Play Scenarios: Simulate a calling situation to evaluate their pitch and

response skills.

Pay: ₹9,297.19 - ₹31,957.84 per month
