Job Title: Tele calling Executive

Location: Central Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Weekly Off: Sunday

No Position - 5 Numbers.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling) in provided leads.

Introduce and explain PagarBook and its benefits to business owners and clients.

Understand client profiles, requirements, and eligibility for PagarBook solutions.

Schedule meetings between clients and the PagarBook sales team within 48 hours of confirmation.

Follow up with clients and the sales team to monitor meeting status and outcomes.

Maintain detailed and updated records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in the CRM/reporting sheet.

Achieve daily/weekly call and meeting scheduling targets.

Coordinate with the central office and report progress regularly.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or lead generation (preferred).

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

Proficiency in Hindi, English, and one local language is mandatory.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel reporting.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently under mínimal supervision.

Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

Compensation:
Salary as per industry standards

Incentives based on lead conversion and meeting targets.

Pay: ₹20,567.90 - ₹25,137.22 per month
