Job Summary:
The Tele Sales cum Operations Executive is responsible for driving sales through outbound and inbound calls, and managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Tele Sales:
Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries.

Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.

Provide detailed product information and recommendations.

Build and maintain customer relationships, handling complaints effectively.

Operations:
Process orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with logistics.

Monitor and manage inventory levels.

Maintain accurate sales and operational reports.

Implement process improvements for better efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.

Experience in telesales and/or operations.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and inventory systems.

**Skills**:Strong communication and sales skills.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
