An Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's daily activities and strategic initiatives. Here's a summary of the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Managing the CEO's Schedule & Calendar**: Organizing and prioritizing the CEO's appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Coordinating Meetings**: Scheduling and preparing for meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
- **Conducting Research & Preparing Reports**: Gathering information and preparing reports or presentations for the CEO.
- **Assisting with Presentation Preparation**: Helping to create and organize materials for presentations.
- **Maintaining Confidentiality**: Ensuring all information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.
- **Managing Office Operations**: Overseeing administrative tasks and office operations to support the CEO's efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree is often preferred, with some positions requiring a master's degree or relevant certifications.
- **Experience**: Several years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably with exposure to high-level executives.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously1.
- **Personal Traits**: High emotional intelligence, discretion, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
