**what is CRED?**

**what will you do?**:
- own and manage relationships with a portfolio of banks and financial institutions for both existing and new CRED products and services
- deepen ongoing relationships by identifying new growth levers and product opportunities
- lead product implementations ~ build project plans, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery for new product rollouts
- scope and drive cross-sell initiatives and new partnership opportunities, including documentation, onboarding and partner enablement
- engage with product heads, leadership, and working-level teams at partner banks to drive alignment and execution
- serve as the principal point of contact for all partner-related operational and strategic matters
- coordinate internally across product, engineering, ops, infosec, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution and partner success
- ensure operational excellence by proactively resolving issues and minimizing user impact
- stay updated on relevant regulatory developments, market innovations, and ecosystem trends
- support internal teams (product, platform, ops) in removing BAU bottlenecks by influencing bank stakeholders and aligning on solutions- possess 5 to 10 years of experience in financial institutions building products or businesses, fintechs managing partnerships with banks or building products, payment gateways managing financial partnerships or payment networks managing relationships with banks or financial institutions. if your area of expertise lies in a combination of 2 or more of the above, it will be an added advantage
- demonstrate a strong aptitude for understanding various banking products and PnL in detail
- have a proven track record of possessing excellent relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills
- possess a strong bias for action with a long-term vision
- possess a comprehensive understanding of digital banking products, it will be an added advantage
- have a strong aptitude for organisational agility & flexibility and can achieve impactful outcomes in a dynamic and fast paced environment
