**BD & Partnerships - Lending, BFSI, PhonePe - Bengaluru**:

**Lending**

We are an end-to-end digital lending platform enabling credit access to our consumers and merchants. We partner with various financial institutes and work very closely with them to offer customized lending products. For this role, we are looking for a self driven individual responsible for owning the E2E funnel management and improving conversions by optimizing customer journeys, identifying potential bottlenecks & implementing strategies to increase conversions and revenue

**Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Relationship management**
- Identify potential lending partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across key lenders

**Strategic Planning**
- Monitor and track defined key performance indicators (KPIs) with each lending partner
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration

**Regulatory & Compliance**
- Ensure that all partnership agreements and activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with partnership agreements
- MBA/B.Tech from Tier-1 institution with 5+ yrs proven experience in BD/Relationship management or similar roles
- Proven experience in partnership management within the banking/fintech or financial services industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding partnership goals
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
