**Reporting to - Shakti Agrawal, SVP & Head SME Digital Platform**

**About the Team**:
**SME Digital Platform, is a new vertical within the Kotak Bank, with the aim to work with Fintech and SaaS players to co-create solutions to solve for SMEs across, Consumer, Commercial and Wholesale verticals within the bank. Platform, aim to launch all digital banking services of the bank, focused towards solving SME pain points, for banking and beyond banking products. This vertical will pre-dominantly work towards providing digital experience and product innovation, for SMEs, and provide one stop shop.**

The important skills are as follows:

- Execution of business strategies/customer journeys in conjunction with various internal/ external stakeholders
- Ensuring all projects/initiatives by Head - Consumer Bank are closely tracked against milestones & deadlines
- To monitor and manage the project progress and ensure that any elements which fail in the workflow are remedied by working in close coordination with key stakeholders
- Analyze business data & arrive at key metrics significant to management decision making & strategic planning
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, for program management, monitoring deliverables & key metrics

Brief Job Requirements:

- Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation
- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Focused, assertive, a good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Create and Identify new strategic opportunities with the vision to take new or enhanced products to market Develop the framework and collaterals to support the new pipeline and client engagement process
- Research market trends and competitive analysis to bring in outside in perspective of digital products.
- Good to have extensive network across the Fintech and startup community.
- Strong documentation, review & presentation skills required
- Good Communication and people skills.
- Good Negotiating Skills.
- Sound Knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
- Knowledge of Visual design tools, Adobe Forms or SQL an added advantage

**Education: Post Graduation or MBA**

**Experience Range: 6-9 years
