**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Work to resolve customer issues, such as product defects, billing discrepancies, or service disruptions.
- Place orders, track shipments, or make changes to existing orders.
- Handle complaints professionally, aiming to find a satisfactory resolution.
- Need to keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries and resolutions.
- Escalate issue to higher authority or concerned department.
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
- Adhere company policies and industry regulations when interacting with customers.
**Requirements**:
- Needs to have excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving abilities with patience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
**Experience**: Upto 2 years.
