**Job Title**: Senior Officer - Student Success
**Location**: Mumbai (Matunga West)
**Work Days**: Monday-Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM); Saturday (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
**Experience Required**: 2+ years
**Salary**: Based on last drawn salary and interview

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance throughout their journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high service standards and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with partners, associates, and university representatives to ensure students have all necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain accurate client records and activity logs using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting students.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of full-time experience, preferably in customer service (voice) or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive.
- Passion for the education sector and helping students achieve their goals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
