(Edtech) Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing

guidance throughout their journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer

service and support throughout their engagement with the consultancy
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client

satisfaction
- Co-ordinate with partners, associates and university representatives to ensure clients have all the

necessary documentation & information required for their abroad studies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system, including updating

client information, recording communications and tracking progress
- Prepare & maintain reports on client activities and provide insights for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our clients

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in education or consulting
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal

stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for the education industry and a desire to help students achieve their goals

Salary
- Industry Standard Monthly Salary (negotiable)
- Industry Standard Yearly Bonus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
