**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Location**: Matunga West, Mumbai
**Salary Range**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Gender Preference**: Female
**Education Required**: Bachelor’s Degree
**Experience**: 3-2 years preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
