**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction & Support**:

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Complaint Resolution**:

- Address customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to higher management if needed.
- Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- **Process Improvement & Reporting**:

- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain customer records and prepare reports on support activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality.
- **Technical Support (If Applicable)**:

- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for basic technical issues.
- Work closely with the technical team to resolve product-related concerns.
- Provide guidance on software usage, installation, and maintenance.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop positive relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote company products and services when appropriate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
