you’ll be a member of: Facilities & Administration
What you’ll do at Ather:
Travel Desk & Relocation Management:
Manage domestic and international flight bookings, visa and passport services
Manage Cab and Hotel bookigs
Arrange for relocation of new employees
Arrange accommodation for onsite employees by coordinating with various branch offices
Guest House management
Prepare travel MIS reports with complete data for domestic international travels
Vendor Management:
Process vendor invoices on time; verify whether the payment and invoicing matches the contract pricing
Ensure that POs, service agreements are in place for all the invoices
Follow-up with Finance team for the timely payment to vendors
Event management: Organizing meetings, conferences, employee induction, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests and foreign delegates, etc.
Provide prompt response to requests and issues raised by employees
Prepare and track facility budget
Ensure processes, documentation, business control checks and audits are in place with agreed parameters and compliance norms
Here’s what we are looking for:
Ability to operate independently in the delivery of admin services
Reliability, practicality
Ability to collaborate with different levels of management and staff in the provision of day-to-day travel, accommodation arrangements, and queries
You bring to Ather:
A Bachelor’s degree in science/commerce/arts
1-3 years of experience in managing travel desks in large organizations
