**Job Title: Associate - Facilities Team**

**Introduction to Role**:
Are you ready to tackle a financial analyst role in the facilities department? Based in AZIPL Bangalore, India, this position will have you managing Accounts payable, Governance & Compliance activities of the team.

**Accountabilities**:
As an Associate in our Facilities Team, you will support the creation of PRs, process GRN on behalf of the team, and handle Coupa inquiries and issues. You will be responsible for Vendor attendance reconciliation, invoicing, and CLRA audits. Additionally, you will support in Expense tracking, data maintenance, budgeting, Opex, Capex, expense forecasting, and financial analysis. You will also execute month-end and year-end financial activities and support suppliers on their invoices and payment inquiries.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Degree level education in accounting, business administration, or similar.
- At least 2 years of SAP, Coupa, Accounts payable, Budgeting & Forecasting experience.
- Strong attention to Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
- Strong social skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across locations.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty - a Proactive approach will be key.

- Working experience in the Facilities Management industry.
- Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working.
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience, and a desire for professional excellence.
- Problem solver with having demonstrated the ability to “think out of the box”.
