**Job Title**:Train Catering Executive
**Location**: Delhi
**Salary**: 18,000 per month
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Operational Management**:
- Lead and manage the onboard catering team.
- Plan and organize meal services according to schedules.
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
2. **Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to meet company standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment and service areas.
3. **Staff Supervision**:
- Recruit, train, and evaluate catering staff.
- Develop staff schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
4. **Inventory Control**:
- Manage inventory, track supplies, and order stock to meet demand.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
5**. Customer Service**:
- Address customer inquiries and handle complaints efficiently.
- Implement customer feedback to improve service.
6**. Financial Management**:
- Control budget and monitor expenses.
- Work towards achieving the target revenue.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in catering management, preferably in a transportation or travel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
**Education**:
- A degree/ diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
This role demands a dynamic individual capable of maintaining high standards of service and efficiency even in the fast-paced environment of travel catering.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
