**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility for handling catering events from sales to execution
- Answer sales calls, help customers with their orders and provide updates
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure customer order success. Communicate any difficulties to customer and handle their reaction
- Make attractive reels, videos & pics, and post through social media apps. Manage online presence.

**Job Requirements**:

- Native level fluency and accent in English - sophisticated accent, ability to use professional phrases and engage with high net worth customers with mínimal training
- Experience in outdoor catering and handling all relevant responsibilities and coordinating for event success
- Past experience in food industry is a must - catering companies or banquet halls
- Flexibility in timings - ability to stay online to answer customer queries outside of traditional work hours
- Can handle difficult conversations with customers and guide towards resolution while not losing composure
- Positive can-do attitude, high levels of self-motivation and ability & willingness to go above and beyond

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
