Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with the overall sales strategy.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid and senior-level prospects to influence key decision-makers.

- Support in major rebids, tenders, and organic growth initiatives within existing contracts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized catering and F&B solutions tailored to client needs.

- Develop and implement account strategies, perform competitor analysis, and ensure profitability of contracts.

- Drive Pan-India market share growth and expand the companys presence in the institutional catering segment.

- Prepare business performance reports and provide strategic insights to senior Skills:


- Proven expertise in institutional catering/food services sales and business development.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong project management, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.

- Ability to influence decision-makers and drive long-term partnerships.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing business Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or

- Graduate/Masters degree in Sales & Marketing or a related 1015 years of progressive experience in Sales & Business Development within the catering, institutional food services, or F&B industry.

- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, rebids, tenders, and Pan-India Willingness to travel Pan-India as required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- High level of integrity, customer focus, and performance orientation.
