Guest Relation Executive/wellness Coordinator

Role : Patient Relation executive/Client coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Outreach and Appointment Setting:
Proactively follow up with leads to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.
Ensure that any leads reaching out on Sundays are responded to, working on alternate Sundays to accommodate this need.
2. Sales and Revenue Support:
Collaborate with Executive Nutritionist to help meet and exceed revenue targets by assisting in lead management and appointment booking.
Track lead conversion and report on appointment success rates, helping to ensure that targets are consistently met.
3. Client Appointment Management:
Schedule appointments with enrolled clients, ensuring they attend all necessary sessions as per their program.
Monitor the progress of clients and ensure they complete their program within the validity period.
Send reminders and follow-ups to clients to minimize no-shows or delays in program completion.
4. Office Management:
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and replenished as needed, including stationery, refreshments, and equipment.
Coordinate any office maintenance needs and ensure a comfortable workspace for all staff.
5. Data and Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant data.
Prepare and update data sheets as needed to ensure organized tracking of office activities, client progress, and sales performance.
6. Additional Duties:
Handle any other administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
Support team members in various administrative duties as needed.
Attend team meetings regularly and actively contribute ideas and opinions to support company growth.
7. Adherence to Working Hours:
Demonstrate punctuality and strict adherence to working hours, ensuring all commitments are met on time.
Provide updates to management and assist in any additional tasks as required.
