**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused **Guest Relations Executive** to ensure a welcoming and high-quality guest experience. This role involves managing guest interactions, resolving inquiries and concerns, and creating a warm, positive environment that aligns with our service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain updated records of guest interactions and preferences in the system.
- Promote services, amenities, or special offers where applicable.
- Arrange appointments, reservations, or transportation for guests as requested.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the reception or guest area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- High emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or healthcare is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
