**About the team**

This position works with top investment banks, Brokers, traders, portfolio managers etc for order management system.

**What you bring**:
**Experience - 2 to 5 years**

**General Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide level 2 Application Support.
- Manage incidents, provide technical assistance and handle escalations.
- Track all cases to a successful resolution.
- Technical Support: qualify issues, perform initial investigation and attempt resolution.
- Implement and support Production Change requests.
- Analyze server side component logs to ascertain the issue.
- Liaise with development team to get fix for critical issues.
- The position involves working in early shift/day shift/night shift apart from normal working hours, with applicable shift allowance and transport facility.

- Ability to analyze client's business needs and determine related information services support

**Education Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

- CFA/FRM preferred.
