**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of the jewellery industry, including knowledge of gemstones (diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, etc.), metals, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Passion for fashion and jewellery is a plus.
