**Position**: Customer Relationship Executive - Sales (CRE Sales)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to act as a bridge between customers and our sales team, ensuring smooth coordination, customer satisfaction, and timely documentation during the vehicle buying process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Assist customers during vehicle delivery and documentation.
- Schedule and follow up on test drives.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure post-delivery satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales consultants and the back-office team.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer handling or sales support preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Work Location**: In-person - Pondicherry
