1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

2. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

4. Assist the customer in product discovery, arranging unavailable stocks and purchase journey.

5. Addressing the customer feedback, documenting and share the feedback to the internal relevant stakeholders which includes Website team, Logistics team, Warehouse team and Finance team.

6. Handle customer loyalty account related coupon code generate, missed order and account information update.

7. Handle cancellation, exchange, full & partial refund on Hidesign Brand store as as per company guidelines

8. Handle store customer queries including refunds and repair service.

9. Handle customer escalation regarding forward and return order delay with 3PL Team.

10. Handle customer returns with different teams including return initiation, return product shipping, Sales return generation, replacement product shipping and refund.

11. Documenting the reasons for customer returns, exchange and cancellation.

12. Ensure the response rate is as per the benchmark and continuous optimization in order to achieve the given target.

13. Handling Hidesign social media account (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and whatsapp account in order to response and address the customer queries.

14. Documenting day to day work activities which help reporting manager monitor the performance.

**Skills Required**:
1. Good excel Knowledge

3. Proactive approach to support customer and internal team.

4. Ability to multitask

5. Basic knowledge about social media.

Pay: ₹10,624.93 - ₹24,111.95 per month
