We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Non-Voice Business Executives to join our amazing team You will be responsible for helping US / Canadian customers by providing assistance. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer support and inquiries.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Update documents and records based on customer interactions.
- Build a rapport with customers.
- Must follow the rules and regulations of the company policies.

Qualifications:

- Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in the ENGLISH language.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
- Junior: 0-1 years, senior: 1-3 years of experience in Voice or Non-Voice customer support, Fresher can also apply.

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift excluding break time.
- Weekly 5 working days.
- Rotational Shift
- Ability to reliably commute or willingness to relocate before work start date.
