Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, and providing excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads/sales.
* Handle inbound customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product/service information.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional support. * Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline for conversions.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer engagement and sales strategy.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professionalism in all communications. Requirements
* Proven experience as a telesales executive, telesales, or customer support role.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills
* Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
* Good problem-solving skills and customer-first approach.
* Basic computer knowledge
* Minimum (6months/1 year) of telesales or customer support experience preferred.
