**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about courses, tests, products, or services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer queries, issues, or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, content, sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Hindi** & **English**(speaking and understanding) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service preferred (freshers with good communication also welcome).
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, problem-solving ability, and customer-first attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the education/EdTech industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification.
