**Job Title**: Sales Representative - Farm Thoughts

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Farm Thoughts’ milk and dairy products to residential customers, shops, and distributors.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
- Conduct product sampling or demos to educate customers on product quality and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Collect customer feedback to improve sales strategies and services.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and bulk orders.
- Provide sales updates and reports to the management team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience in FMCG, dairy, or field sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to travel locally and meet potential customers.
- Basic understanding of dairy product sales and market trends is an added advantage.
