Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our

team. You will play a key role in supporting our restaurant clients by managing disputes,

processing claims, and ensuring accurate data maintenance. This role is non-voice, and

requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:


• Process and manage claims for restaurant clients using our proprietary software.


• Handle dispute management by ensuring timely and accurate resolution.


• Maintain clear and professional written communication with clients regarding their

concerns.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


• Follow established processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and consistency.


• Prepare and maintain basic reports in Excel.


• Provide timely updates on claim status and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications:


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Excellent English communication skills (written & reading comprehension).


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (report preparation is a plus).


• Good problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.


• Self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.


• Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including Sundays.
