Technical Support & Admin Executive Intern

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated & self-motivated intern to handle technical support and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a versatile professional skill set. Technical training will provided by the company

About the Role:

  • Technical Duties:
  • Provide Level-1 technical support to product users.
  • Assist in troubleshooting software problems.
  • Main product web pages & web guide.
  • Help maintain IT assets and documentation.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Perform data entry and manage digital filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Support the executive team with scheduling and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduates (2024 or later) in Information Technology, ECE & Business Administration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Computer & Web design.
