
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, products, and policies.
- Maintain customer records and ensure all interactions are documented in our system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and tools.
**Qualifications**
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in Hindi and at least one other language (such as English, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
