Introduction: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Executive. As a Customer Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

2. Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.

3. Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.

4. Handle customer complaints or escalations, striving to find swift and satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

6. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and handle irate customers with empathy and patience.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Puducherry, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
