Experienced in supporting single and domain separated ServiceNow instances
Proficiency in ITIL best practices
Proficiency in Java
Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior ServiceNow administrator to be part of a skilled team of ServiceNow support team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot end user problems
- Evaluate issues, troubleshoot and resolve them
- Perform incident/change/release management activities
- Understand ServiceNow Error messages and error/installation logs
- Provide technical leadership in resolving complex issues for ServiceNow and related integrations
- Coordinate with deep support team members to get the status of issues that have been transferred
- Interacting with various SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) to gather and harvest related content and deliverables,
- Strong understanding on Design, build, workflow and customize ServiceNow modules
- Estimate efforts for ServiceNow projects based on provided requirements
- Evaluate and perform feasibility studies for new solutions
- Provide technical leadership for projects
- Interface with Architects to provide technical feedback and translate high level designs to detailed solutions
**Others**:
- Strong hands on technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules
- Hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services
- ServiceNow Certifications and ITIL certification is preferred
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
- Good technical documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
