Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

A key role in our organization is that of a ServiceNow Developer.

We are seeking an experienced developer to design and implement innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing custom applications and integrations using Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and other ServiceNow features.
  • Creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, and other essential components of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Designing and implementing domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies, and other advanced features.
  • Integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Leading instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance and governance by preparing for audits, creating compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with 7+ years of experience for ServiceNow Lead and Admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and other ServiceNow features.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies, and other advanced features.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities teams.
  • Experience in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
