This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, IT service management principles, and general IT operations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow environment, including troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, and ensuring smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and operation with other IT teams.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, guaranteeing the platform remains stable and operational.
- Provide expert support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform, including its applications and networking capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with IT security policies and federal regulations.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- 5 years of experience in IT operations with a focus on ServiceNow platform administration
- Familiarity with help desk processes, Office 365, Azure, and IT security policies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform
- Comply with IT security policies and federal regulations
