Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the management and optimization of our ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing system administration, platform upgrades, automation, catalog design, workflow optimization, and stakeholder engagement across departments.

  • Manage configurations, catalog items, flows, and SLAs to ensure efficient platform performance.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions, audits, and configuration governance to maintain compliance and best practices.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance platform performance and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure audit readiness and support regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for roadmap planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience with ServiceNow modules and expertise in Flow Designer, scripting, ACLs, and integration.
  • Strong experience with metrics, SLAs, upgrades, scoped apps, and data handling.
