**Job Description**:

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure the platform's stability and performance by implementing best practices in architecture, security, and governance.
- Manage system integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and architectural designs.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and analytics for performance monitoring and insights.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for ServiceNow users across the organization.
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance the platform's capabilities.
