**Skills Required**:
1. Good Communication & Presentation skills

2. Healthy Interpersonal Skill set & should carry of Problem-Solving & Creative Thinking attitude

3. A well proven history of delivering Lead business through existing vendors and the new onboarded ones

4. Good reputation with the domestic publishers( International publishers is an advantage)

5. On hand experience of making Media Plans as per the requirement of brands

6. Familiar with Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.

7. Should be opened for the lifelong learning

8. Well versed with the knowledge of MS Office tools

9. Bachelor’s or Master Degree in any discipline is must ( MBA and Mass Comm is preferred)

**Responsibilities**

1. Building a new Revenue Channel for the company through Domestic & International lead delivery

2. Keeping a strong hold on the Incent/Cashback publishers in Indian market

3. Activation of new publishers (Domestic & International markets)

4. Overseeing existing relationships and account development through publisher servicing

5. Monitoring the publisher expectation and needs to provide them best of our services

6. Developing and introducing media plans to the internal teams to be shared with advertisers

7. Interaction to the all tiers in hierarchy in the organization to conclude the business
